Content and conduct

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Forgecircle a license to display and distribute that content within the platform. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Forgecircle is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
